Miss China Benelux 2009

As some of you may know, I auditioned, some time ago, to enter the Miss China beauty pageant. 14 girls were casted, on that day, to join the pre-selection in Holland Casino. Seven girls had their pre-selection in Holland Casino Amsterdam yesterday, while the other seven girls have their pre-selection tonight in Holland Casino Breda.

So yesterday (I had my pre-selection @ amc), and after a long day of excitement, making friends, and catwalktraining.. I made it through to the finals of Miss China Benelux! I came in third, after runner-up Simwayn and winner Jennifer! =D

It was a long day (training on 12 cm heels for seven hours T_T), but it was definately worth it. I want to thank my parents, friends and ofcourse my bf for coming to support me eventhough they had busy schedules. <3

Hey guys

Remember my blogentry a couple of days ago about becoming flexible? Well.. forget that.. I'm still a stick T_T. Hmm well anyway.. today.. is just a chillday for me. I'm going to do some hw later on, clean my room a bit, do some sit-ups, I don't know make some calls? For once, it's nice to have a day for just me-time. Haha nerdy I know, but I like it.

BTW did you guys know just how cute G-dragon's dog is? I died when I saw Ga-ho's cuteness omyy!!

Today was bowling-day..

..And I was sooooo good at it! YEAHH.. nooo >_< Thang's mom defeated me with ease while the other mom wiped me out completely.. T_T Well at least I still had my baby to comfort me while he scored strike after strike.. I support Jennifer when she said: "Well at least you're better than me". Uhu I agree to that. THANK YOU =D/=p And as the other Jennifer said:"Bowling on the Wii kicks ass." ROAWRRR

Why so sad?

Blogspot the new Emospot O_O.. ? Why so sad? Almost on every random blog I visit, there is some rant going on. Hello don't worry be happy. =) And if you feel like you can't go on, I'm sure the friends you have collected throughout the years are more than willing to help you solve your problems. The further you look, the more you see.

Nineteen years ago, a small little chubby baby was born. The parents decided to name their newborn baby Benjamin if it was a boy, and Christie for when it was a girl. Fortunately me, the baby [for those slowpokes=p] turned out to be a girl, so I was called Christie after a colleague and friend of my mom.

Fast forward nineteen years and I can now be called a young adult entering a life full of responsibilities where knowledge and experience is hopefully gained easily throughout the days, weeks and months of many exciting happenings.

To celebrate my date of birth, I organized a gathering themed "piratesparty". This was after Thang insisted I should put it in the invitation. At first it was a joke.. to see who really would come in a pirate outfit.. But then the boyfriend got serieus. So we spend 4 days prior to the party making the sea (blowing up 200 balloons in my livingroom) and buying piraty decorations [okay only one string of vlagsxD]. When the people came it was fun to see how creative some custums were. Overall it was a good night. The most fun however was when most people were gone.. and a small group was left to play Party&co. Ghihaa we should play that game more often =p.

Thanks everyone for coming to my party, for the wonderfull gifts, for the love and friendship =). I love you guys. Lastly, I want to thank Thang for the effort he put into making me happy. Thank you for the beautiful neckless. <3 I love you.

Look what I've found. =O --> x Is it to good to be true O_o? Startupcosts are about 30 euro and then afterwards you just pay 25/30 euro per month. A dream come true, or whut? =p But still I don't know if the provider is trustworthy etc etc. So I'll wait till somebody else buys the product first. =p >_<

Becoming flexible

Okayy so today in the evening Thang, mister flex, was helping me become more flexible; I had to stretch my arms, my legs, my neck, and even my toes=O. Let me tell you this, for a person who never stretches it was pretty damn hard and painfull. T_T The bossy old man aka Thang aka ruler of the gymworld aka windmillman wasn't really helping as he was giving me instructions while sitting in his lazy chair. Luckily for me I have become as supple as a cute butterfly. Yay. Goal: stretch every day for one hour.

Hey guys WASSAAAAp ? =P

Today was a good day. =) We woke up fresh to go to church. Usually we arrive just in time, but today we were early so woohoot for us.=p After church Jennifer and me went shopping and she bought me my birthdaypresent already =0. Thank youu <3.

In the evening Thang & me went to see Funny People starring Adam Sandler. It was an okay/bittersweet [two and a half hour during O_o] movie. Couldn't really pay attention because I was really tired, but some jokes really made the whole room laugh. Other jokes were a bit oversexed and cheesy. But ohwell it's all good. =) Btw school for me starts tomorrow, so goodbye holiday. It was fun while it lasted though. =)

I hope you watched tv today

Today was a cool day! Thang & me headed off early through the morning rain to get to.. tatatatatataTAAA HILVERSUM! Yesh, you got that right; the Hollywood of Holland! xD We were offered the chance to be in the audience of a new BNN show on Nederland3 called: "De Bubbel". It's a show about three famous Dutch people who have to give up their connection to the modern world (phone, internet, tv, etc.) for about a week. After the seven days of disconnection, they appear on the quizshow; they have to guess which news is fiction or reality..

This ofcourse causes a lot of awhh's en ohh's from the audience aka THANG & CHRISTIE. =D Ghihi okay after the two hours of pretending to be very interested; our hands were soar from being force to applaude. Haha >_<

Walibi World

After being ill for almost a full week.. I finally got to see the outside world again last sunday. The morning that day started good as the sky looked fresh blue. As I got ready for the day, the doorbell rang; Dennis, Stefan & Daphne were here! Yes, we were ready to go to Walibi World! =D

& YEAHH IT WAS POKEMONDAY xD (hadden we niks aan allemaal ukkies overal =p)
